Do you like creating engaging content for social and websites? Great, because The Langdale Estate is looking for a Marketing Executive to join its in-house Marketing Team.
We’re looking for someone who has creative and unique ideas to help tell our story through visual and written content across multiple-channel platforms, along with an eye for detail and the ability to be a key part of brilliant marketing campaigns.
The role is all about telling the story through engaging written and visual content for luxury hotel experiences, spa breaks, active lifestyle, wonderful food and drink, world class landscape, sustainable business, communities, our team and much much more.
A working knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and Meta Ads and the leading social platforms is essential. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage … mix all that up with some design flair and experience … and we’d like to meet you.
The Estate is set in 35 acres of woodland & waterways in the heart of the Lake District and is home to the 52-bedroom Langdale Hotel, 16-bedroom Brimstone Hotel, 100 timeshare units, Wainwrights Inn, Stove Restaurant and Bar and Brimstone Spa. This is a full-time position with the ability to work remotely when required.

OUR MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a creative visionary who thrives on developing innovative and sometimes bold content across multiple platforms. With an eye for detail, you will be instrumental in driving our marketing campaigns to new heights. Your ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table will be crucial in creating captivating and effective marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a marketing role.
- Creative thinking with an eye for detail and a passion for design.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and Facebook Business Manager.
- An understanding of creating and managing ads within Meta Ads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
- Create compelling and visually appealing photo and video content for social media, websites, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Manage and grow our social media presence on multiple planforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn), engaging with our audience to build community and brand loyalty.
- Monitor, analyse and report social media metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
- Utilise Adobe Creative Suite to design and produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Assist with liaising external brand collaborations and content creator visits.
