REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing roles with a track record of supporting commercial objectives.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing trends, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing content.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media advertising) and CRM software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to drive innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s commercial targets, with a primary focus on revenue generation through marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across diverse channels to generate leads, amplify brand awareness, and drive sales, aiming for measurable and impactful revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies, providing insights to guide marketing strategies.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to optimize online presence, manage campaigns, and track performance metrics.
  • Develop compelling marketing content, including website materials, EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail), social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials, emphasizing conversion-focused messaging to drive revenue.
  • Support sales initiatives by providing marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials to enhance customer engagement and acquisition.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, product management, and operations teams to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving commercial targets.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities, producing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
