JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist distributor and direct sales for brands
• Manage social media content in each country.
• Ensure appropriate tone and manners for promotional materials.
• Organize exhibitions.
• Monitor and improve advertising and promotional strategies.
• Develop effective communication about product claims.
• Create key visuals and communication materials.
• Assess existing business situations.
• Prepare sales tools with clinical data.
• Analyze potential for new business areas.
• Conduct surveys to identify target customers in new countries.
• Seek new distributors and partnerships.
• Launch new products and select brands.
• Determine pricing strategies with the sales team.
• Plan business strategies for entering new markets.
• Negotiate contracts with new distributors.
• Build professional networks within the industry.
• Collaborate with the sales team on pricing strategies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong English proficiency.
• Over 5 years of experience in FMCG.
• Background in sales and marketing.
• Experience launching new brands, products, and marketing materials.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
