Our opportunity
As Marketing Executive, you will assist with developing and delivering the strategic marketing direction. Curating an exceptional and locally distinctive customer experience making it a more desired destination for customers and the community.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, implementing and driving strategies, objectives, policies and initiatives.
- Coordinate, prepare, maintain and monitor of all marketing campaigns including digital, print and out of home.
- Prepare marketing briefs and presentations.
- Prepare project promotion material, press, online material and other project marketing deliverables.
- Ownership of project brand and ensuring project’s integrity.
- Ownership and management of launch program and campaign deadlines.
- Conduct market research and reporting on market trends, competitor, customer and campaign performance.
- Manage marketing budgets, PCG reports, expense claims, invoicing and chair meetings as required.
- Facilitate competitor and customer research, analysis, reporting, presentations and workshops.
- Coordinate and attend project launches and events.
- Coordinate and implement activities that support sub-committees.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data and provide insights and recommendations into marketing strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with other Mirvac departments to ensure overall delivery of project objectives.
- Enhancing the customer experience.
- Liaise with media, agencies, market research firms, PR companies and suppliers.
- Coordination with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless processes.
Your point of difference
- At least 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications
- Ability to travel to site weekly
- Knowledge of Master Planned Communities
- Solid marketing industry experience, including experience in digital and print media
- Property sector experience
- Database management
- Good Microsoft Suite skills
- Adobe Creative suite skills (Indesign and Photoshop)
- CRM, CMS, edm systems skills
- Social media platforms
- Good understanding of Google Analytics
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Diverse project skills
- Developing negotiation skills
- Discretion, diplomacy and confidentiality
