Developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for Polar Puffs & Cakes and Brands under the holding company.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Degree in Marketing or business administrative related Studies.
At least 1 year’s experience in marketing role
Experience in retail, F&B or omnichannel or direct-to-consumer brand environment
Familiar and fluent with marketing tools including Google Analytics, Email automation, CRM
A good team player but works independently when required
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Sensitive to numbers, trends, revenue, with a strong analytical mind and a desire to constantly deliver better results
Meticulous in work and able to prioritize responsibilities
Equipped with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities:
Plan and implement strategies to optimize new customer acquisition, conversion, frequency, and loyalty both online and offline
Work with reporting manager and cross function teams to develop and execute 360 campaigns
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and campaigns to determine whether these meet the Company’ objectives and make recommendations for future marketing plans
Responsible for overall in-store merchandising, including marketing and VM collaterals, ensuring it meets brand guidelines and is updated seasonally to reflect new launches and campaigns
Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
Customer Journey Mapping analysing touch points with the organisation and maximizing commercial opportunities
Manage, identify, and establish strategic partnerships with licensor to increase visibility and sales for the Licensed Character category
Define and elevate the consumer’s journey with Polar – understanding consumers’ needs and motivations and connecting with them online and offline
Work closely with Social Content team to develop impactful marketing content to increase engagement and conversion for the campaign
Support Digital campaigns to maximise online visibilities and timely roll-out
Manage budgets and continually optimize campaigns against key performance metrics (growth/engagement/conversions) to drive sustained throughout all sale channels
