EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION

  • Minimum Degree in Marketing or related disciplines with 1-2 years of working experience in Marketing-related roles.
  • Good command of English (written & spoken)
  • Ability to speak basic Mandarin

EXPERIENCE

  • Highly experienced in managing day-to-day administration.
  • Account Servicing Management
  • Luxury retail marketing or CRM experience
  • Client management experience a plus
  • Prior experience in a large MNC environment

Responsibilities:

  • Support Associate Director with High Value Shopping Programme, via planning and execution of marketing, promotional and high-touch service strategies.
  • Administrative duties include the following but is not limited to vouchers inventory management, personalized email outreach to shoppers, interdepartmental liaison for campaigns and operational needs of the programme.
  • Provide direct customer service and communication with the customer through text, phone calls or in-person.
  • Manage the day-to-day maintenance of visual merchandising unit and the content within all VM units in the mall, including working closely with Retailers, Vendors and Ops Team.
  • Manage CRM database – including accurate data entry and checking, filing when required, meeting audit requirements on a weekly basis, and to manage programme based on the approved SOP guidelines as required by the business unit and company.
  • Contribute to monthly reports about the programme by keeping track of the day-to-day and monthly data, comps utilization and budget.
  • Act as the daily point of contact for 30+ assigned Watch and Jewellery and Sports/Lifestyle retailers to assist in their day-to-day marketing activities and events in the mall.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with other departments and manage internal/external stakeholders professionally.
  • Support and work closely with Retail Concierge team on the CRM programme.
  • Monthly update and report on reward redemption rate and other programme reports as required.
  • Assist in planning, logistics, and operations of programme and events where opportunity arises.
  • Tabulate results from mall advertising platforms and campaigns (VM Units, Programme redemption and ROI)
  • Tabulate and calculate shopping vouchers submitted by retailers disbursed during special campaigns eg. Sands Shopping Spree.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc marketing-related duties.
  • Reports to Associate Director, Retail marketing
