Description:
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Diploma or BSc in Commerce and Sales or other equivalent
Training: QMS Internal Auditor Training Course – Bureau Veritas (Based on ISO 9001:2000 IRCA Course for QMS Internal Auditors)
Introduction to Quality Management and ISO 9001 – Bureau Veritas
Technical knowledge: Knowledge of CRM Tools, MS Office suite
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in Sales and Marketing
Responsibilities:
Market Technical Services to new and existing clients
Handle customer queries and send offers & proposals.
Follow up with the client for after the training feedback
Prepare training logistics including preparing material
Issue training certificates.
Issue invoices and follow up the collection process until completion.
Create and update the monthly training plans
Create and update the yearly training plans
