Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective donor acquisition, retention, and cultivation strategies aligned with our organizational goals.
• Contribute to donor journey planning across all fundraising streams including our flagship magazine ‘The Far East’.
• Create and execute a comprehensive donor communications program to reach, inspire and retain donors and subscribers across digital and traditional channels.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with specified supporters (major donors and legacy giving).
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient use of CRM systems for donor management.
• Capture and communicate fundraising data for informed decision-making.
• Promote and develop a culture of fundraising including donor recognition activities.
