Description:

Lighthouse Labs is looking for a versatile Marketing Generalist to play a pivotal role in our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of marketing skills and be eager to take on a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This role will involve collaborating with different departments, including product, creative services, and content teams, to execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support email marketing campaigns, including campaign deployment, list segmentation, coordinating with the creative team for design and collaborating with the Growth and Product Marketing teams for overall email strategy.
  • Assist in the development and deployment of various marketing materials across various channels, including social media content, email campaigns, advertising campaigns and blog content.
  • Collect and analyze marketing data to provide insights and reports on campaign performance.
  • Ongoing collaboration with Marketing team, to deliver the best marketing solutions across all business segments and corresponding objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with company objectives.
  • Coordinates and ensures compliance with stakeholder or project deadlines.
  • Provide administrative support for various marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure that marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Other Marketing duties / special projects as required.

What we need from you:

  • 1-2 years of experience in integrated, omni-channel marketing type roles
  • Comfortable working on multiple competing priorities
  • Driven for success, entrepreneurial and business mindset, solutions-oriented
  • Basic understanding of digital & 1:1 marketing communications and principles is a plus
  • Experience with diverse groups and cultural sensitivities
  • Customer-first mentality and leading with empathy, understanding and kindness
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously; good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
  • Experience in technology and/or adult education is a major asset
  • Bilingual in English / French is considered an asset
