Responsibilities:

  • Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns: Design, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive demand generation and achieve session/signup goals.
  • Agency Experience: Leverage experience working within a marketing agency or managing media agency operations in-house to effectively collaborate and manage external partners.
  • Performance Marketing: Execute performance marketing strategies on platforms like Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, and LinkedIn to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Digital Campaigns: Lead digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and objectives.
  • Financial Planning: Manage financial planning including budgets, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to craft go-to-market (GTM) strategies in emerging markets (e.g. Spain, Brazil, Nordics etc…).
  • Strategic Planning: Define marketing priorities and investment models, identify effective digital channels and scaling mechanisms, and establish success metrics for marketing initiatives in specified markets.
