Description:
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Ability to bring consumer perspective to forecast decision-making through market analysis and research.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and communicate key business performance measures using diverse data sources.
- Proficiency in collating and interpreting consumer insights and analysis to support demand planning and business decision-making.
- Experience in managing and delivering key data and reporting collateral to stakeholders and above-market entities.
- Familiarity with maintaining brand boards, and providing regular market intelligence reports.
- Competence in defining and analyzing key company performance indicators and reporting.
- Capability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholder groups across functions such as Insights, Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and familiarity with Power BI are highly desirable and considered an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Support key business decisions and planning processes by analyzing industry macro and microeconomic variables, using sources like IRI, Track, EOS data, and Roy Morgan.
- Provide in-depth insights and foresights through internal and external data sources to ensure accurate demand forecasting for business objectives.
- Conduct ad hoc analytics as required by the team.
- Collate, interpret, and communicate consumer insights and analysis to assist Manager in making recommendations for business decision-making.
- Deliver clear assumptions to drive forecast modeling and coordinate the provision of business insight and foresight.
- Manage and deliver key data and reporting collateral to internal partner and above-market entities.
- Maintain the brand board and provide weekly market intelligence reports.
- Ensure key company performance indicators are defined, analyzed effectively, and reported regularly to key partners.
