The Marketing Integrations Coordinator will provide on-site client support to the marketing team across new store openings, integrations and conversions of current locations as well as the improvement of the technologies that the marketing team uses to work with operations. Their day-to-day focus will be supporting these stores through their transition – including developing and implementing processes and tools to ease the new site opening or integrations/conversions process. This position will leverage internal programs to streamline processes and improve cross-functional communications and execution of these openings/conversions.We have been driving innovation since 1976.   • Representing the Marketing department on all integration, acquisition and On the Run site conversion projects
  • Following the marketing integration plans including the playbook and corresponding checklist to ensure that marketing objectives along with key marketing deliverables and integration steps are completed throughout the process.
  • Planning, development and execution of marketing integration calendar, workback schedules, new store system set ups, new user set ups, ordering of in-store collateral and any additional marketing support.
  • Post-opening responsibilities include deficiency checks, updates to store profiles and at site activation events (when applicable).

Program Integrations and Conversions

  • Oversee and coordinate the signage packages sent to sites rolling out new program or services launches (ex. Coffee, M&M Express, etc.)
  • Collaborate with our team and other key stakeholders to ensure program signage packages are updated when signage, program or communication updates are made to the current packages.

Store Activations

  • Work with the integrated team, external agencies and vendors in the development and execution of on-site activations including print, translation and customer conversion communication and collaborating on content and media for the activation.

Signage Software Coordination

  • Assist in the coordination, updates, maintenance, communications and reporting of the signage software system
  • including signage updates, scrap signage, image updates, location updates, site attribute information, training and resource updates, communications with sites, signage reporting and conclusions from reporting.

Other Duties

  • Other duties as specified by the leadership on the Marketing and Customer Insights team.

When your expertise drives us.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Advertising, Project Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role in retail, advertising agency and/or similar industry
  • Event planning/execution, marketing integration or project management experience is an asset
  • Ability to easily build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, strong analytics & problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
  • Strong competency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Verbal and written fluency in French is preferred but not required
