Description
As a Marketing Intelligence Manager, you will support the performance advertising teams and client teams in their efforts to connect separate marketing tools and reports into one centralised, automated platform. You will be responsible for the collection of a wide range of data for optimisation and reporting on investment, performance and outcomes across the customer journey. You will be responsible for crafting and managing the delivery of dashboard implementation solutions, so will need to be comfortable using data visualization and analytical tools.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Strong analytical capabilities
An understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
Good communication and presentation skills
Good stakeholder management skills
Proficient use of excel and a knowledge of data analysis
Understanding of Database concepts
Ability to troubleshoot reported issues
2-5 years experience
Understanding of Business intelligence platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Datorama etc).
Experience with marketing tools (Google Campaign manager, Facebook Business Manager etc.)
Knowledge of database models, ETL processes
Experience with programming languages: SQL or JavaScript or Python or C#
Experience with Data visualisation tools e.g., Tableau or Datorama or Power BI.
Understanding of UX, HTML, CSS.

Responsibilities:

Collect and verify data from multiple platforms and accounts to ensure data is ready for analysis.
Build and maintain dashboards for both internal and external use.
Analyse and assist with reporting on media campaigns as well as monitoring performance and ensuring best practice for clients.
Deliver strategic reviews, competitor reviews and campaign reporting for both internal stakeholders and clients.
Monitor and communicate progress of projects and actively work with the performance teams on complex briefs.
Liaise with key stakeholders on technical and consultative sessions vital to execute marketing strategies.
Clearly and articulately document solutions (incl. artefacts like code samples, screenshots, etc.)
