ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• National Lifting work to all the stores (owned stores and agencies) in Argentina.
• End-to-end lifting process: receive a ticket, coordinate with different suppliers and logistic control for the execution of materials at the retail stores.
• Manage POS materials and store signage.
• Be the point of contact with different national vendors and agencies.
• Participate in different marketing projects to improve the processes.
• Support all company channels and be in contact with internal areas (e.g. sales, operations, etc.).Create purchase orders, register and track expenses, and manage invoices for internal processing.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Be a marketing student with at least 1 year of related experience in marketing or administration area.
• Intermediate English level is desirable.
• Intermediate Excel is required.
• Must have good time management and organizational skills, good attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively across multi functions and multi levels.
• It’s a position of great learning, growth and offers the possibility of developing negotiation and interaction with different people.
• Good communication skills and understanding of a multi-cultural environment is required.Self-starter that works well with colleagues and third-party agents.
