POSITION OVERVIEW:

This role will be assisting with the cleanup and rebuild of Highspot, our sales enablement platform, so that marketing, sales and customer success teams can easily find the items they need to close deals and assist customers more quickly. This is an incredible opportunity to gain exposure to multiple teams including content marketing, product marketing, sales and customer success. Additionally, the role will give great exposure on how a B2B software company operates.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

  • Currently pursuing their Bachelors, ideally a rising senior
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • A self-starter who takes initiative
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint in particular)
  • Some familiarity with marketing or sales preferred but not necessary
  • Must be available from June 10th - August 16th
  • Must be able to commute to our Galway Office at least 2 days a week

Responsibilities:

  • Building “spots” in Highspot to help commercial teams find what they need more quickly
  • Analyzing Highspot usage reports to determine what is being accessed and what is not, and helping to derive insights from that information
  • Updating, archiving, moving, adding and tagging items in Highspot
  • Soliciting feedback from active Highspot users to determine opportunities for improvement, and contributing to a long-term Highspot maintenance plan
  • Coordinating with marketing, sales and customer success to understand the part each team plays in maintaining Highspot
