Marketing Intern

Responsibilities (职责):

• Perform team administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Assist in processing payments, invoices, and expenses for marketing projects and campaigns.

• Assist in manage marketing samples and gifts by brands.

(协助处理集团各品牌的样品管理和小样申请。)

• Manage filing and documentation of marketing materials, contracts, and reports.

(管理合同和报告的归档和文档。)

• Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing activities, such as market research, social media, events.

Requirements (要求):

• Junior College or above in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

(市场营销，商业，或相关领域的大专或以上学历。)

• Able to attend at least three days per week and commit for at least 6 months period.

(能够每周出席至少三天，并且愿意至少半年的任职。)

• Proficient in both Chinese and English, both written and spoken.

(中英文读写说都熟练。)

• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn new skills and knowledge in marketing. (热情，积极，愿意学习市场营销的新技能和知识。)

• Possess good self-discipline, punctuality. Able to complete tasks on time and with quality.
