STRATEGY & PLANNING:

• Understands the marketing strategy and can articulate the strategic priorities when required
• Helps source required info and formats it for inclusion in strategy deck

ROLE SUMMARY:

• Assists the broader marketing team in ensuring the seamless through-the-line implementation of marketing activity, e.g. product launches, marketing promotions, campaigns and activities, closely supervised by the Marketing Coordinator / Assistant Brand Manager
• Provides administrative & ad hoc support where needed
• Specific tasks & projects will be allocated based on business needs, which may fluctuate over the period of the internship. However, all efforts will be made to ensure a rounded set of projects that provide exposure to as many elements of marketing as possible.

DAY TO DAY TASKS NOT LIMITED TO:

Marketing intern to support the Marketing coordinator and marketing manager by fulfilling the below tasks:

• Briefing of homepage banners into clickup, proofreading and sense checking them before they are handed over to the web admin to be uploaded
• Briefing of push notifications into clickup
• Proofreading newsletters before they are sent and checking links
• Ensure all homepage banners work correctly once they have been uploaded
• Assist the marketing coordinator by proactively stepping up and taking over tasks
• Compile Influencer lists for drops/ campaigns and prepare their drops
• Coordinate retail assets with printers
• Monthly sending affiliate banners to admarula
• Monthly sending google banners to Silke
• Coordinate rate card assets with suppliers
• Ongoing management of referral audit
