As a Marketing Surgical trainee, you will support the Head of Marketing and the Product Managers in all the activities connected to the internal marketing projects within the Alcon Surgical department, in particular the area dedicated to the surgical equipment.

In this role, you will support:

  • products managers in managing new marketing strategies and plans;
  • launch and innovation of new products, defining the marketing mix levers;
  • Definition of value proposition;
  • Market researches, data collection and market analysis in order to identify optimal marketing actions for the products;
  • analysis and monitoring of the product performance;
  • implementation of the product promotion activities;
  • relationships with internal partners and with the international marketing for the project development, in particular related to the Business Transformation;
