Marketing Assistant

Hours of work:
Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00 (45 minutes lunch)
Friday: 08:30 – 16:00 (1 hour lunch)
Hybrid working is available after successfully completing your probationary period
This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate of a marketing or business degree program, or for candidates with one year of marketing experience without a degree.

Key responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant:

  • Managing inbound marketing enquiries from colleagues and customers
  • Providing administration support to the Product Manager
  • Checking CAD software catalogue access requests
  • Undertaking website, dealer location and media centre updates
  • Assisting with the production of marketing material
  • Managing the customer choice sheet production
  • Supporting retailers with their Point-of-Sale instore systems

To fulfil the role of Marketing Assistant role you must:

  • Have knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Have excellent attention to detail and strong organisation skills
  • Have the ability to think creatively and the confidence to use your initiative
  • Be self-disciplined and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
