REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 7+ years experience in end-to-end HR Marketing or in different roles within Internal Communications, Employer Branding and Events, we look for people with relevant experience in hyper-growth tech companies. If you have on top experience within (digital) health care we are already excited about you.
  • If you have end-to-end Marketing experience outside the People Team but want to make a career shift into People give it a shot.
  • An excellent understanding of start-up dynamic, how to build out an attractive employer brand from ground up
  • Strong & motivational people leader with ability to both lead people directly and indirectly
  • Have a growth mentality and ability to adapt and lead in a rapidly-changing environment
  • Ability to dive into new topics and employee needs quickly and independently, successful collaboration with a diverse employee base.
  • Proven track record in Employer Branding, Internal Communications, Performance Marketing, Events
  • Strong leadership skills, teamwork, interpersonal relations, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Full working proficiency in English, German is a plus

Responsibilities:

Our employees are our most important assets. As the People Marketing Lead (f/m/d) your mission is to design and create an employment market strategy, build out awareness for Avi Medical as employer both external and internal as well as ensuring demand and build recruitment pipelines. You and your team will be the enabler of our Talent Acquisition Team to find the greatest candidates and our Organizational Development Team to retain our talents. This role is reporting directly into our Chief People Officer.

  • Deeply understand the employer market and build out our employer value proposition: You will build out our Employer Value Proposition and design an employer market strategy that is innovative and appropriate for Avi Medical living in both worlds: Medical & Tech.
  • Own & lead pipeline metrics: You will develop reporting on key KPIs, assess talent pipeline health, and identify key challenges and priorities. You will enable our Talent Acquisition team with localized content and regional initiatives.
  • Design & execute end-to-end employer programs & campaigns: You will create demand and accelerate existing opportunities, including field and employment fair events, social media presence (e.g. LinkedIn, Xing, Glassdoor, Kununu), webinars, content marketing, and activations with the tech and medical community.
  • Internal Communication: You build out our internal communications strategy and communication channels ensuring our employees are always up to date on what is happening across the organization and having excess to all information they need to perform well and stay engaged.
  • Event Management: You own our yearly event calendar both externally and internally and create with your team exciting events people want to attend. Our events are creating a “buzz” which people talk about.
  • Lead the team: Hire, lead, and develop the entire People Marketing Team. Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to the team.
