Position Description

  • Generate qualified leads (sales prospects) by completing phone calls to contacts who are considered targets for bioinformatics product
  • Contact new, untouched or inactive customers in order to increase QIAGEN market reach
  • Internal and external clarification and communication of customers’ requests by exploring customers’ needs and evaluate existing resources and capabilities
  • Meets or exceed quarterly goals given
  • Completing phone calls to contacts who have responded to marketing activities (webinars, emailers, events)
  • Collect feedback from customers about webinars and gather market intelligence
  • Increase product awareness
  • Generate sales prospects
  • Cooperate with Campaign Managers to plan future marketing activities and or with Sales Team to maximize the conversion rate
  • Documentation and clean-up of customer information in Customer Relationship Database (Salesforce.com)
  • Support of local exhibitions and seminars (send materials, document attendees, support customers inquiries).
  • Participation in global projects.

Position Requirements

  • Readiness to work min. 30 hours weekly (civil contract for period of 12 months)
  • Very good knowledge of English.
  • Sales/Telesales experience will be a benefit
  • Strong communicational skills, polite and business professional etiquette
  • Highly organized and service-oriented way of working
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with local and internationally-based project team members.
  • Very good knowledge in MS Office applications preferred
