Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT JAMF:

The Marketing Localization Manager is responsible for leading marketing localization projects and delivering translated deliverables across multiple teams at Jamf. In this role, you will work closely with others in the process of creating new and updated translated content with high quality and reliability.
This role is remote in The Netherlands and in the UK. We are only able to accept applications for those based in The Netherlands and in the UK or have sponsorship to live and work in The Netherlands and in the UK.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO IN THIS ROLE:

  • Handle translation requests from various teams across various locations and time zones via Monday.com, provide finished deliverables, and consistently deliver clear feedback on project status.
  • Process projets using XTM.
  • Upload and manage translations on our websites and on Highspot, our sales enablement platform.
  • Advise when localization projects are at risk and help identify solutions to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ensure that translated material is representative of Jamf’s brand voice across all languages.
  • Create, maintain, and improve translation glossaries and memory files to increase marketing localization process efficiencies and quality.
  • Lead localization projects to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget, understand prioritisation in order to be successful and resolve conflicting project needs and dependencies.
  • Work with multiple teams to set and meet clear localization expectations within global marketing projects. Communicate on requirements to meet those goals.
  • Meet with other managers to ideate new ideas and implement initiatives that address cross-functional challenges or capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Effectively identifies dependencies, areas for improvement and underlying problems, and proactively implements solutions, ensuring project goals are met.
  • Predict, request, adapt, and manage the yearly budget allocated to Marketing Localization, and process Localization projects according to this budget.
  • Research and implement new localization management strategies, tools, and practices to increase productivity, efficiency, costs, and quality.
  • Identifies and measures success of Localization activities against Marketing goals.
  • Work with external and internal language service providers to ensure on-time, high-quality translation delivery.
  • Maintain relationships with external LSP resources and act as their contact point for all questions (invoicing, tasks, leaves, etc.).
  • Identify and onboard new LSPs and vendors as needed.
  • Create and submit Localization invoices.
  • Act as consultant for teams looking to localize marketing content and support local marketing teams with their content request.
  • Evangelize localization best practices for both external and internal teams.

    What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in the localization management (Required)

  • Business level proficiency in English (Required) and French and/or German as secondary language preferred.
  • Proficiency with XTM (Preferred)
  • Expert in project management frameworks.
  • Marketing writing or content development experience (Preferred)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate complex technical terms in an easy to understand, non-technical manner
  • Ability to interact effectively with co-workers in a results driven culture
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, and innovation
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (including Excel and Word) (Preferred)
  • Experience working with Monday.com and Jira (Preferred)
  • Self-starter, energetic multi-tasker, highly motivated and team player
  • General experience with macOS and iOS platforms (Preferred)
  • Ability to understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions
  • Ability to organize and prioritize own work schedule
