QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the metal additive manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
  • Strong understanding of the metal AM industry and its applications across various sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Proficient in marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative and results-oriented with a passion for digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our clients’ growing team. You will play a pivotal role in building brand awareness, driving lead generation, and supporting their ambitious growth plans through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage and optimize website content, ensuring it is informative, engaging, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Oversee social media presence, creating and implementing engaging content calendars to build brand awareness and community engagement.
  • Develop and execute targeted digital advertising campaigns (PPC) to generate high-quality leads.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, crafting compelling newsletters and promotions.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and product development teams to create effective marketing materials.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the metal AM industry and digital marketing landscape.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company and establish brand recognition.
