Job Description:
Our ideal candidate is a creative marketer with a strong attention to detail, excellent writing skills, ability to work independently, and desire to use marketing automation to run campaigns and achieve results. The Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Sales & Marketing and work closely to develop strategies and tactics specific to Andar Software products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Write content for a variety of marketing materials including our website, blog, case studies, social media, newsletter and emails
• Turn content into creative videos
• Research and write on key industry topics relevant to Andar/360 customers
• Build and deploy marketing campaigns in Marketo
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and incorporate new ideas into marketing strategy
• Maintain the company website in WordPress and work on search engine optimization (SEO)
• Design effective marketing strategies to reach new customers and expand brand awareness
• Monitor, manage and maintain data quality within the marketing database
• Plan and execute customer events, including webinars, the annual user group conference and trade shows
• Manage marketing reporting and track the effectiveness of marketing channels while monitoring marketing performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or English
• At least 3+ years of experience in a strategic B2B marketing role
• Experience with marketing automation. Marketo is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and confident with public speaking to host virtual webinars and events
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient computer skills and desire to learn software programs for marketing automation and content creation
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design
• Self-motivated with an ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
• Willing to work virtually from home
