Description:
MARKETING MANAGER

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop marketing strategy, planning, and execution
- Leads complex projects that address the changing commercial environment with regard to increasing the effectiveness of AstraZeneca’s Marketing and Sales functions
- Represents the interests of the Commercial Organization on various cross-functional working teams
- Help to identify unmet needs throughout patient treatment journey and collaborate cross-functionally to develop impactful solutions to patients
- Facilitate development and execution of unbranded initiatives to support patient/caregiver education
- Lead partner agency relationships, workflow and related expense budgets
- Establish and report on marketing critical metrics
- Lead development and evolution of CRM strategy and program execution for patients
- Build alliances with internal team members to help with cross-functional planning and to ensure a strong, evidence-based approach to support the delivery of marketing materials
- Ensure legal/regulatory compliance and medical accuracy of all marketing materials
Responsibilities:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning and tactical execution for our marketing plans. Key areas of focus for this role include the following: understanding market insights, developing a comprehensive patient-facing marketing strategy and tactics with clear performance metrics, leading consumer digital strategy, and integration with HCP marketing.
This position will report directly to the Business Unit Director, and will work in close partnership with marketing colleagues and cross function team across the organization.
