Description:

At Audico Group, we have a strong people-centric approach to marketing. Therefore, we’re looking for a customer-focused MARKETING MANAGER to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a broad operational experience in marketing and a creative mindset to help the group stay modern and competitive. The candidate will play a key role in driving marketing in some of the group’s companies by leading the planning, execution and analysis of marketing campaigns and initiatives. The role does not include a supervisory responsibility. In this role, you will report to Head of Marketing & Sustainability.
The recruitment process will be handled by Staffpoint but this is a direct hiring for Audico Group. This position is located at Espoo and after onboarding, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model.
Role description

Establish market positioning and develop marketing plans:

  • Define market positioning for some of the companies in the group.
  • Identify target audiences.
  • Create marketing plans with specific objectives across various channels and segments.

Lead daily marketing efforts:

  • Propose strategic directions based on analysis and factual insights.
  • Implement the strategies and follow up to support the groups growth plan.

Analyse customers insights and market trends:

  • Study customers insights, trends, and market analysis.
  • Incorporate marketing best practices to achieve successful results.

Drive brand awareness:

  • Maintain consistent communication through marketing activities.
  • Execute day-to-day marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales support.

Support sales and marketing material development:

  • Adapt scopes, ensure timelines, and deliverables for maximum impact. Required skills and qualifications.

What You’ll Be Doing in Practice

  • Plan and execute sales and marketing activities as campaigns, events, digital marketing projects etc. while collaborating with other teams.
  • Meet with clients, partners, suppliers, and colleagues to plan and implement marketing campaigns for brand building and lead generation.
  • Ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy of the group and each company.
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and follow-up against goals/targets/KPIs.
  • Gather and analyze data to reach insights about brands, competitors, and trends.
  • Responsible for the websites and drive traffic, together with managing the social media channels incl. content creation.
  • Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives, including media releases.

  • Compliance - ensuring that all marketing complies with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and advertising standards.

Qualifications and preferred skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing or related field
  • Five or more years of experience in marketing and sales
  • Strong in content development and creation
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and analyze results
  • Experience in digital marketing and related tools
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment independently
  • Knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe) is an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Finnish, Swedish is a merit.
