DESCRIPTION:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Wetherill Park NSW. Reporting to the General Manager – Business Development, you will be responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives and working closely with the General Manager of Construction Solutions, National General Manager Trade Service Centres, and other department heads to maximise AUSREO’s market presence. You will also be working towards the development and implementation of Ausreo’s Marketing and Brand Strategies both Retail and Value add Engineering to achieve long term success.

Reporting directly to the General Manager – Business Development your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in the development and deployment of Ausreo’s Brand Strategy
  • Execute the approved strategy, plans, and budget to align and support the realisation of our goals in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure our messaging is aligned, on trend and within our policies and corporate responsibilities
  • Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services
  • SEO content creation and conducting SEO audits in a timely manner and identify optimisation opportunities
  • Utilise and integrate multiple advertising mediums including, but not limited to, digital advertising, ecommerce, social media, search, re-marketing, EDM, print, radio and TV to deliver a seamless marketing strategy that effectively engages with our customers
  • Continuous improvement of our Marketing Calendar and offer to create improved engagement
  • Development, curation and continuous improvement of our eCommerce platform
  • Conduct research to define target customer geographics and highlight the changing needs of this geographic and demographic defined within
  • Management of LAM for each business unit and attain feedback from LAM activities to feed back to Management Team
  • Conduct competitor research, consumer trends and deliver reporting of same to the GM Business Development on a regular basis
  • Develop annual financial marketing budget with underpinning KPIs and review performance monthly to ensure that spending is in line with agreed budget
  • Analyse ROI from Marketing activity and report periodically to business leaders
  • Identify opportunities to save money or reduce cost of doing business
  • Drive and deliver marketing activity by working with AUSREO employees and customers
  • Ensuring all marketing media is consistent and accurately delivered

To Be Successful

  • A tertiary level qualification in business, marketing, or other areas relevant to the position, or proven experience working within related marketing roles
  • 5+ years’ work experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Experience with research using data analytics software
  • Experience in omnichannel marketing
  • Experience working with creative and media agencies is desirable − Familiarity with B2B and B2C Marketing is desirable
  • Intermediate to high level general computing skills
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities and demonstrated ability to make effective decisions
  • Customer orientated, capable of competently liaising with internal staff and customers in a professional and pleasant manner
  • Goal orientated, effective time management and strong drive for results, enabling set deadlines to be met
  • Ability to multi-task people, events and systems activities to ensure deadlines are achieved
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in the field whilst representing Ausreo publicly
  • Motor vehicle licence
