Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you will lead a team of Product Managers to deliver growth in the Commercial and Civil Construction segments.
You will:
- lead the planning and development of strategy and establish and implement effective marketing strategies in the commercial and civil segments.
- support the management of BlueScope, COLORBOND® steel, TRUECORE® steel brand equity as well as the equity of our brand and associated steel brands and products such as HRP
- lead the marketing effort to drive product development solutions to secure current & future segment share
- provide input to and support the digital strategy for the commercial segment
- maintain a deep understanding of the commercial and institutional construction sectors including product analysis, understanding market and construction trends to provide guidance to the business in technical and building code compliance considerations
- provide short- & medium-term strategic focus for the Commercial and Civil Construction Segments
- develop influential relationships with key customers and industry/market influencers
