JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategic and tactical planning, organization, implementation and management of marketing activities for Jubilant’s CMO business. The position will own and develop the marketing experience from determining positioning, developing messaging, conducting competitive analysis, creating internal and external communications and campaigns, and driving brand awareness and lead generation across Jubilant’s service offerings. The Marketing Manager will coordinate with other departments and outside parties to ensure organized marketing activities utilizing all resources to produce business growth. Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, shaping that strategy with a well aligned execution plan, enabling the business to meet the aggressive growth projections identified for this market segment.
  • Identify market, customer, and competitive opportunities that will translate into revenue growth and then executes necessary actions to turn the opportunity into revenue
  • Manage various marketing campaigns aimed toward customers in the assigned market segment. This includes but not limited to email campaigns, lead nurturing campaigns, customer retention campaigns etc… The use of CRM and Marketing Automation software as tools will be implemented.
  • Serve as cross-functional communication lead for brand planning, the development and evolution of the brand value story, and identifying opportunities for account specific pull through for Jubilant Pharma Business
  • Manage 3rd party relationships with multiple agency partners, acting as central touchpoint to maintain brand consistency across all marketing elements. Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
  • Plan, coordinate and present technical marketing presentations at conferences, trade shows and at selected corporate, government and academic institutions.
  • Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
  • Guide preparation of marketing activity reports and presentations to executive management.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
  • Represent company at trade association meetings to promote Jubilant’s CMO service offering.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors of Arts with a major in Marketing, Business, Sales or other related field required. Master’s degree desired.
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience required.
  • Must have managerial experience.
  • Pharmaceutical and FDA Regulated Industry experience desired.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud - InDesign, required.
  • Salesforce or other CRM experience required.
  • Physical Requirements: Prolonged sitting required. Moderate travel required. (10% - 40%)
