QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- University Degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or related fields.
- 6-8 years marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Health Care
- Proven track record in product management, brand marketing, social media, and content strategy.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - at country and regional or global level.
- Track record of driving innovation in social media and content marketing.
- Experience in analyzing and reporting on social media metrics to drive results.
- Creative problem-solver with outstanding communication, presentation, and motivational skills
- Excellent English writing and communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Willingness to travel (10 -25%)
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing omnichannel strategy and guidance for Content and Social Media activation in close collaboration with the Digital Experience team.
- Analyzing and reporting on social media content performance to continuously optimize and ensure cohesive strategy and messaging across all channels.
- Owning and managing the EMEAP content calendar to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
- Defining influencer strategy and activities across markets in alignment with Global.
- Governing and approving local new digital media platforms i.e., new websites, new apps new social media properties
- Developing and accessing metrics, KPIs and ROI to ensure successful program implementation and operation and drive benchmarking across the region.
- Performing ongoing market and competitive analysis and developing corresponding actions and recommendations.
- Serving as Subject Matter Expert for local social media managers and content specialists, share best practices across markets and leading trainings to improve Social Media mastery.
