ABOUT STUDIOHAWK
Founded by Harry Sanders in 2015, StudioHawk is a specialised agency dedicated to search engine optimisation. Their SEO services are responsive, ethical, authentic and delivered by a genuinely passionate and diverse team of SEO specialists in Melbourne and London.
They are experts in how SEO works and the journey of StudioHawk has been documented on the BBC World News, Forbes, SmartCompany and dozens of other publications.
When they aren’t doing SEO, they are contributing to the community through initiatives like the SEO Meetup which they help organise with over 2000 members who sit on the board of AWIA (Australian Web Industry Association) helping to regulate and oversee SEO as it matures as an industry. They have also created the training platform called the Hawk Academy, aiming to educate people about SEO and bring more people into the industry.

QUALIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
3+ years of marketing experience, marketing high-value B2B products; can be either client-side, agency or ideally both.
University degree in marketing, business, strategy, eCommerce, or similar field

Responsibilities:
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organisation in order to attract and retain a strong client base. You are a highly driven self-starter who makes informed choices based on analytics to achieve results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to optimise and scale up our go-to-market strategy.
Marketing events (internal and external)
Content marketing and blog efforts
Video content
Google & meta ads
Provide inspiration and leadership to the greater team to drive strategies.
Support Sales and Marketing efforts by holding ownership of all things Hubspot including but not limited to;
Ownership of Hubspot as a source of truth.
Working in collaboration with Hubspot specialist.
Email nurturing
Social posts
Operations best practices
Workflows
Landing page creation, and beyond
Work closely with the sales team to assess the quality of leads, ensure prompt follow-up, assess campaign performance, and continually feedback on marketing efforts
Connect everything you do to the end goal of creating revenue from marketing efforts; from branding to more immediate lead generation efforts - you understand exactly the mix required to produce high-quality leads, and deals won.
Hold ownership of the paid media strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, Google ads & beyond to drive high-quality traffic and conversions for B2B services businesses.
Spearheading operational efficiencies, using Hubspot, across sales, marketing & customer success and ultimately improving CSAT & CX
ROLE SPECIFIC
A highly driven self-starter, excited about a role where they have revenue impact, and lots of freedom to do what it takes to get there.
An avid learner - consistently following the best marketers in the world (eg: Brian Dean, Harry Dry, Neil Patel, etc…) and a deep passion for marketing ROI and deals won.
Experience working closely with B2B enterprise salespeople to develop effective
go-to-market strategies.
Must have strong organisational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
A firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
Must have strong analytical skills to analyse metrics and create reports
Must have a high level of creativity
Exceptional skills in on-screen presentation and communication.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinchi, etc.).
Strong understanding of audio technology and the ability to convey technical information in an accessible manner.
Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in video production.
Strong organisational and project management skills. Proven experience in video production, including scriptwriting, filming, and editing.
Strong stakeholder management skills
