Delineateis recruiting for an Marketing Manager to join its BD and Marketing team in Llandysul on a permanent basis.
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives and executing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. With a keen understanding of market trends and audience behaviour, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing effective marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, client teams and product development, to ensure cohesive brand messaging across various channels. You will also be responsible for analysing market research data and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Additionally, you will monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to optimise marketing efforts.
The post holder will be West Wales based. This role is office based with some flexibility to work from home.
