REQUIREMENTS:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing campaigns. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) market or coaching industry.
The annual salary would be estimated to 60-80k USD.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing roles with a track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and driving results.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver projects on schedule.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools such as social media, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms including digital, social media, email, and offline channels.
