QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • BA in marketing, business administration, engineering, or other related field of study.
  • MA or another graduate degree would be an advantage.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in the automotive or e-mobility industry.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in demand generation and/or content strategy.
  • Skilled in developing, planning, and executing multi-channel demand generation activities that leverage customer-preferred content topics and formats.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, who has brought together team members with varied skill sets to create a unified customer experience.
  • Proven relationship-building skills to work at all levels internally and externally; confidence to supply guidance to senior audiences.
  • Ideally worked in a fast-growing market or rapidly changing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish the e-mobility marketing strategy while working closely with a variety of stakeholders, including the President, VP Marketing, sales leadership, as well as engineering and operational leaders.
  • Identify leads in attractive segments, engage with the leads with insightful content, and develop the leads into high quality opportunities to fill the sales funnel.
  • Plan long term content strategy to build evergreen assets and positioning, as well as adjust on a weekly or daily basis to stay relevant with market news and changes.
  • Plan for optimal content according to the industry calendar for the e-Mobility segment.
  • Enhance the ATS Industrial Automation brand, its relevance and the ways in which e-mobility prospects and customers engage with us.
  • Champion e-Mobility thought leadership creation from idea and development to execution and promotion using internal and external resources such as writers, designers, social media specialists, and others.
  • Synthesize market trends and insights from multiple sources: market data and research, primary customer interactions, and other observations and conversations with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships & presence with commercial team, key customers, industry associations and events to keep a pulse on the market.
  • Learn and employ the ATS Business Model (ABM) to deliver results according to established KPIs that prove impact.
