To reinforce our Global Brand Marketing team, based in Bienne, we are looking for a:
Marketing Manager EBEL & Concord (100%)

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and driven person with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Required experience:

  • At least 3-4 years in a similar position as a Marketing Manager or Regional Marketing Manager in an international watch or luxury company.
  • Experience of social medias activation is a plus.

Required knowledge:

  • Fluent in French and English, German is a plus.
  • Can demonstrate a good knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on the use of Excel / PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

Part of the global marketing department of the EBEL and Concord brands, you will be the main point of contact of regional marketing teams and will support them in deploying the brand strategy and local activities. You will be responsible for the development of essential brand assets such as trade materials, trainings, and other marketing & sales tools to provide a complete marketing toolbox. Additionally, you will implement the brand media plan and organize brand events such as trade fairs. You will also be the guardian of the brand image across markets.

JOB RESPONSABILITIES / ROLES

  • Supervise, collaborate, and support regional marketing teams and their local strategy, budgets and 360 plans (ex: events, sponsoring, influencers, OOH, print, social medias campaigns).
  • Liaise with regional teams to understand their needs, provide strategic and operational guidance, and maintain the brand image consistency across all markets.
  • Support the development of the Go-To-Market strategy and brand toolbox, including the creation and update of brand guidelines, seasonal marketing & sales tools (ex: sales trainings, VM Guidelines, newsletters, press release). Ensure timely communication and distribution to regional teams.
  • Drive the creation and implementation of the brand’s media plan (ex: social media campaigns, website animations), while monitoring the brand budget.
  • Develop trade materials such as POSM, SIS, gifts, packaging, and other special assets for markets.
  • Supervise agencies for social media activations and assets development, including graphic design and copywriting.
  • Organize brand events, trade fairs and press events.
  • Manage press relations and leverage press contacts to enhance brand visibility.
  • Act as the guardian of product information in collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator and oversee the samples availability for trade fairs and markets.
  • Conduct analysis of implemented actions, competition, and market trends to propose actionable insights and improvements.
  • Update seasonal decorations at our flagship venue for meetings and events.
