Our dedicated development and engineering teams build unique tools that enable our partners to deploy, manage, and monitor their customer’s services in real time. Our unique platform reduces required site visits or truck rolls, speeds-up trouble resolution, and identifies wide-area network issues before they become a problem.

SUMMARY

NUSO has an opening for a full time Marketing and Social Media Specialist. In this role you will administer the company’s social media marketing and advertising.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Deliberate planning and goal setting.
  • Development of brand awareness and online reputation.
  • Content management.
  • SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic.
  • Cultivation of incoming leads.
  • Communicating the company’s brand and value proposition in a positive, authentic way what will attract today’s modern, hyper-connected buyers.
  • Manage social media accounts for multiple brands targeting disparate demographics.
  • Develop brand-specific content to drive customer engagement on social media.
  • Create and distribute PR communication and identify marketing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager on branding and content.
  • Track metrics and inventory for marketing efforts.
  • Help Identify and organize and conferences, road shows and other industry events.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Experience using PostPlanner or HootSuite for content planning and posting.
  • Creative, energetic and driven individual that thrives in both a team environment and independently to create solutions and strategies for a digital presence.
  • Strong visual, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing platforms and social influencer/social strategy best practices
  • Organizational skills to track metrics/marketing inventory and adhere to social media marketing schedule across several brands.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A., B.S.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years related experience.
  • Experience in telecommunications or business-to-business marketing is a plus.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations; ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Effective presentation to internal teams and partners is an important skill critical to this position.
