We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as the Marketing Manager. The role is crucial for driving business growth, establishing brand presence, and generating leads. Here are key requirements for someone in this position:
INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE:
- A solid grasp of the industry the agency operates in, including key trends, competitors, and customer behaviors.
DIGITAL MARKETING SKILLS:
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as content marketing, social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex B2B concepts and strategies.
KEY SKILLS
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and motivating diverse teams.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience with budget management and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Need to be able to handle pressure and a high volume of work
