Responsibilities:
This position reports functionally to a Senior Marketing Manager, First Responder & Milipol, EMEA and focuses on developing and executing demand generation programs to support business objectives in the EMEA region, with a laser focus on core geographies.
This position will actively collaborate with Strategic Product Line Managers, Software developers, MarCom team, Pricing & OPEX teams and will require close relationships with Sales Teams and Channel Partners.
The Marketing Manager for First Responder Segment will:
- Manage and develop product/solution strategy & tactics in order to increase
- customer stickiness and engagement, in alignment with the group’s strategy.
- Manage Fire Service product portfolio and strategy for the EMEA region, with the strong focus on core countries such as Germany, France and UK
- Educate Sales team, Inside Sales and Customer Service experts on products, solutions and processes
- Support Channels enablement and upskilling on the above products and solutions.
- Be accountable for the demand generation and gross margin expansion marketing programs, product launches, market intelligence gathering and product expertise in the region.
- Support the communication strategy by working closely with Marcom/PR teams on: lead generation campaigns, face to face and virtual exhibitions, offline & online media plan, Public Relations (PR), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and brand engagement activities, all other marketing activities around pillar cities of the region, firefighters’ personas & lobbying.
Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
- Minimum of four (4) years of business experience in Marketing or Sales role ideally gained in B2B
- Experience in product portfolio management
- Proven ability to exhibit strategic thinking skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Demonstrated ability to grasp the technical aspects of technologically advanced product lines
- Ability to work well cross-functionally and across different countries
- Solid presentation, customer service, business, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to execute and exhibit a result focused mindset
- English fluent
- German fluent
EXPERIENCE (PREFERRED):
- Experience in First Responder segment/ Fire Service
- Experience/ability to work in SaaS/HaaS environment
- Digital Marketing experience promoting technical products.
- Salesforce CRM experience and data harvesting for sorting and lead generation
- Expertise in face to face and Virtual Training, Webinars and Live Events
EDUCATION (REQUIRED):
- Bachelor’s degree in business with specialization in Marketing, Engineering, Technology or appropriate technical degree and relevant experience
