Responsibilities:

The marketing manager will lead field marketing activities in AU to support the revenue growth for the Enterprise Merchant business. They will be responsible for strategic and tactical planning and executing campaigns in Australia. There may also be additional regional tasks as required.

They will have as primary stakeholders the commercial leaders in the region.

  • Designs and implements new idea reviews and recommendations, concept and design development, project management and market introduction.
  • Manage campaign project schedules across multiple delivery channels including events and webinars, email marketing, digital marketing, and social media.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across the APAC region to generate new business leads and cross sell opportunities.
  • Develops marketing plans and material for product launches such as press releases, launch materials, customer presentations, videos, and sales training materials.
  • Collaborate creatively with marketing shared services, centres of excellence (COEs) and sales teams to develop, implement, and steward strategies and tactics that create and nurture pipeline for specific accounts and broader audiences – including ABM and DBM strategies.
  • Ensures brand and corporate consistency with all marketing strategies.
  • Serves as business subject matter experts within the marketing organization.
  • Consults with internal clients and external providers to develop solutions.
  • Collaborates across functions on competitive selling and market development.
  • Oversees primary activities of individual contributors to ensure completion of tasks and attainment of departmental goals.
  • May be responsible for budgeting of department’s personnel, capital and/or operations expenses.
  • Negotiates contracts with vendor management. Work with external vendors i.e., translation agencies, printers, event organizers
  • Reporting and analysing data to enhance marketing campaign performance.
  • Assist in cross-company marketing initiatives and special projects.
  • Coordinate the distribution of internal and external marketing literature.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align marketing plans to business goals and the marketing journey to sales journey.
  • Speak confidently to the health of the business, regularly joining business review and reporting sales and marketing meetings.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.
