These campaigns include ticketing, event access, and promotional activities aimed at augmenting revenue streams such as ticket, merchandise, food & beverage sales, and bolstering advertising and sponsorship engagements. By enhancing customer retention and loyalty, Fobi sets the stage for transformative marketing strategies in today’s digital landscape.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the tech sector.
  • Strong background in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, paid media, email marketing, and social media.
  • Experience managing events, tradeshows, and webinars.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of the latest marketing technologies, including social media management, analytics, and rev ops platforms.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics.
  • Expertise in HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of Trello.

Responsibilities:

  • GTM Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies that clearly define objectives, target audiences, messaging, and channels to maximize reach and impact.
  • Lead Generation & Funnel Management: Design and execute lead generation campaigns across various channels, ensuring a healthy pipeline of leads that convert into sales opportunities. Channels may include, but are not limited to, paid media, social media, webinars, tradeshows, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and public relations.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute Fobi’s presence at industry events and tradeshows to maximize brand visibility and lead capture.
  • Digital Marketing & SEO: Own the website’s performance, ensuring it’s optimized for search engines and user experience, driving traffic and engagement.
  • Content & Campaign Success: In collaboration with the creative team, develop engaging content that positions Fobi as market leaders, while optimizing campaign performance. You are a great writer and communicator in your own right but know how to work successfully with others to develop messaging that gets attention, clearly articulates a point, and resonates with the intended audience.
  • Data Analytics & Performance: Develop success criteria, set up relevant data and analytics to track campaign performance, adjust strategies as needed, and report on ROI and key metrics.
  • Market Positioning: Develop tools to strengthen our marketing position, such as key messages, competitive positioning, differentiation strategy, buyer journeys, and customer personas.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market and competitive research to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Technology Oversight: Manage the marketing tech stack, ensuring tools and technologies effectively support Fobi’s marketing strategies and objectives.
