We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for two of our restaurants and food retail businesses – gourmet retail and bistro Culina at COMO Dempsey, as well as leading retailer of organic and natural products SuperNature.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase customer engagement, drive revenue, and promote brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in marketing management, with experience in the food and beverage industry, and is versatile in communicating compelling key messages suited for each business. One who holds an avid interest in gourmet produce and fine wines, and values healthful ways of living and eating, will stand out amongst applicants for this role.
The marketing manager will report to the group director for marketing, manage a member within the marketing team, and will have a shared team of content writers and designers as resources.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing in F&B industry
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
  • Has experience in marketing e-commerce platforms
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with commercial-driven objectives
  • Ability to work independently, and also be a team player
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing budgets and measuring ROIExperience with graphic design and content creation is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an all-rounded effective annual marketing plan and budget according to the business goals and objectives – for in-store retail business, e-commerce, and restaurant/café/bistro. Key objectives such as customer acquisition and retention, increase in average spend of customers, development of brand awareness, increasing brand equity, must be included.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities that may be aligned with the development of our brands, and apply them to our marketing efforts.
  • Strategise and execute partnerships, events/workshops to increase customer engagement. These should be tailored to the business needs and brand image.
  • Work together with the design and editorial team to conceptualize and implement compelling marketing visuals and communication tools – including advertising materials, menus, in-store visuals, digital communications such as EDMs and social media assets, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, including operations and finance, to ensure that all marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and monitor budgets, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are cost-effective and within budget constraints.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs, media partners, vendors, and agencies
  • Regularly monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and outreach, using relevant data to inform future strategies and tactics.
  • Engage in regular market intelligence gathering & conduct annual competitor analysis.
  • Manage and maintain an effective working routine and structure with the marketing team – provide guidance, support, and feedback as needed to direct reports; provide regular updates with direct manager and stakeholders.
