HammondCare provides care primarily through hospitals, residential care homes and home-based care as well as services for dementia support, community palliative care, rehabilitation, positive aging and older persons’ mental health.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver successful, integrated marketing programs and lead generation/donation campaigns to support the business goals for our Foundation and Volunteer portfolios.
- Be part of a positive, collaborative partnership with the Foundation and Volunteers teams to realise HammondCare’s strategy and ambition.
- Effective and consultative engagement with internal and external partners and business stakeholders to deliver marketing and organisational goals.
- Write effective briefs to our internal design, content and digital team, and external agency partners.
- Efficient project management – on time, to budget with appropriate communications to keep all stakeholders aware of progress, changes, and developments.
- Use data and insights to inform performance and optimise marketing activity, sharing regular reports with stakeholders.
- Be part of the team working to find new and exciting ways to engage our internal and external audiences.
- Contribute to and uphold the reputation of the marketing team as a knowledgeable, collaborative and highly valued business partner
