THE OPPORTUNITY:

Due to organisation growth, we are currently seeking a talented and results-driven Retail Marketing Manager ready for their next career step. You will be the marketing lead for the shopping centre, driving the strategic marketing direction at a busy asset in Melbourne’s South.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive the strategic marketing direction for the shopping centre
  • Develop and manage centre based marketing campaigns
  • End to end strategic marketing and budget management
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders, retailers and the local community
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with relevant agencies including web, search, creative and media agencies.
  • Create and implement a strategic marketing plan and calendar to drive sales
  • Analyse sales performance to create strategic campaigns
  • Identify market, industry and competitor trends
  • End to end campaign management across all marketing channels
  • Work collaboratively and manage your Marketing team to deliver & execute campaigns
