We are growing fast and are looking for an experienced Agency Marketing Manager to work alongside our Client Services and Business Development teams based in London to develop our New Business collateral and toolkit.
We consider this role to be split into 3 priority areas which are critical to the agency attracting and pursuing new business opportunities:

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Imaginative and ideas-driven.
  • 2+ years marketing experience (agency experience is key)
  • Driven and not afraid to challenge colleagues.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and hardworking ethic.
  • Meticulously organised.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing disciplines.
  • Ability to work independently, managing your own workload, deadlines and priorities.
  • Team player who can operate effectively under pressure and working to tight deadlines.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Marketing degree or similar qualification to degree level or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide further administrative support to the Business Development team.
  • Ensure the Gravity Global brand is properly represented to all Clients and suppliers.
  • Help practice areas and internal resources (e.g. social media team) with materials required to present the agency.
  • Regularly review the content on our website, ensuring key content / updates are uploaded in a timely manner and aligned to our content strategy.
  • Create and maintain a list of live prospects and their status in a board report style for inclusion at monthly management meetings.
  • Being commercially aware of budgets and costings where relevant.
  • Driving internal engagement and promoting an inclusive and friendly culture.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and technologies and provide recommendations internally on what the agency should be looking at to ensure we remain at the forefront of a rapidly changing marketplace.
