Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business unit objectives and revenue targets
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the business unit
  • Collaborate with other Busines Units, GTM teams and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals
  • Lead the creation of compelling marketing materials, including sales collateral, presentations, and digital content, to support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility
  • Manage the business unit’s marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that deliver the highest ROI
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, and adjust strategies as needed
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics
  • Decides and maintains tradeshows/events calender for BU working closely with regions on execution
  • Day-to-day contact and marketing support for the GTM team in the Business Unit
