With focus on the clinical measurement, you will be part of the Integrated Commercialization team within the Global Marketing department, working closely with the HPM business category teams, the extended Marketing department and the global regions to understand and anticipate customers’ needs, develop breakthrough G2M strategies, creative business models, promotions and campaigns to position our solutions. Ultimately generating leads for the field to measurably and sustainably increase order intake, win-rate, market share, marketing productivity, brand value and most importantly, customer experience with a focus on patient safety. The members of this team boasts a blend of commercial acumen, product knowledge, and a deep understanding of customer needs within these specialized environments, as well as a vast network in the regions.
In collaboration with the product management teams, marketing colleagues, business teams & regions, you are responsible for
- Drive annual marketing plans for clinical measurement segment in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze global and local market needs, converting insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform strategic marketing campaigns
- Create compelling value propositions that encompass various elements of our product portfolio, addressing the unique requirements of each care setting or department and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, regions/zones, marcom, and clinical marketing, to ensure alignment and relevance of value propositions
- Contribute to portfolio management, focusing on HPM solutions and the role our clinical measurements play in it (ICU, GC, OB, MR & Radiology)
- Support solution launches, ensuring market readiness, defining launch strategies, and creating launch content ensuring incorporating new products into existing solutions and its G2M strategy
- Execute promotion plans, run campaigns, and collaborate with MarCom & Pricing teams for continued demand generation
- Develop field training content for the specific portfolio/segment
- Collaborate with MarCom & eCommerce teams to enhance digital presence and solution availability.
- Understand how to position our clinical measurements portfolio in individual care settings with the broader solutions as well as an independent portfolio to drive attachment rate to our Patient Monitors
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of go-to-market strategies and initiatives, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress.
- Provide regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for optimization for daily management
You are part of
the Marketing team of the Hospital Patient Monitoring business, whose purpose is to differentiate Philips HPM to the right customers, generate qualified demand through engaging campaigns and provide support to our colleagues in the market to realize the full value of our offering, increase our win rate and ultimately generate order intake. You are a part of the HPM Global Marketing organization and will be reporting to the Integrated Commercialization lead.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Degree in business, marketing, industrial engineering, biomedical engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in relevant technology, healthcare, or Medtech products/solutions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
- Ability to leverage existing tools, technologies and best practices to drive growth in our business
- Act as a role model for our Philips Behaviors: Customers first, patient safety, quality and integrity always; team up to win, take ownership to deliver fast, eager to improve and inspire
