Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the development of our brand strategy across all banners including Cellarbrations, The Bottle-O, IGA Liquor, and Porters, focusing on brand enhancement and value maximization.
  • Innovate and optimize shopper experiences through effective in-store executions across traditional and new channels.
  • Cultivate partnerships with key suppliers to deliver unparalleled shopper experiences both digitally and in-store.
  • Coordinate campaigns with creative, print, and media agencies as well as internal design teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Facilitate internal collaboration across departments and manage stakeholders, track campaign budgets, and oversee a team comprising a Campaign Manager.

You’re Likely a Match If you have

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in marketing roles specializing in campaign execution.
  • Demonstrated success in executing through-the-line retail marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in budget management and tracking.
  • Skilled in managing agency partners to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Prior experience in fast-paced retail environments, preferably within the liquor industry, with strong stakeholder management, communication, time management, and project management abilities, adaptable to dynamic work environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving team productivity and ability to foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
