The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000, depending on candidate experience and qualifications. Mission Group is seeking a Marketing Manager, with an emphasis on project management, to join the Marketing team. Reporting to the Vice President of Brand & Communication, the ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of project management expertise and marketing prowess, enabling them to drive successful project outcomes while effectively promoting our developments to the target audience. This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our real estate development projects through effective project management and innovative marketing strategies.
This is a full-time, permanent position location in Kelowna, BC. This position works out of Mission Group’s head office, the Block, located in the heart of downtown Kelowna.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Work closely with the finance team to create budgets.
  • Manage all budget and invoice processing for the marketing department.
  • Manage the lifecycle of projects from inception to completion, including building out milestones, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth and on-time project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Help organize promotional events for project launches, corporate initiatives, and other events.

Marketing Strategy and Execution:

  • Collaboratively develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each real estate development project, encompassing branding, positioning, and target audience segmentation.
  • Source and collaborate with creative vendors to produce engaging marketing collateral including brochures, website content, and digital media assets.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media campaigns, email marketing, and SEO/SEM strategies to generate leads and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and optimize performance.
  • Monitor performance and lead conversion metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Support in-house corporate communications to help grow the corporate brand amongst internal and external stakeholders. This includes award submissions, corporate events, sponsorships, etc.
  • Additional duties as necessary.
