REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: 8 years of experience in a similar position from the beauty industry, good understanding of SEA markets
Education: Bachelor’s Degree holder in Marketing or Business
Languages: Fluent in written and conversational English.

Responsibilities:

Brand Management

Lead the development and implementation of brand plans in collaboration with our joint venture partner (local GM Fragrances and Brand Managers) for brands under his/her responsibility to ensure the right marketing support to optimize market penetration and grow market share:

  • Align with global marketing calendar and strategy and suggest new & relevant opportunities for local SEA markets, including building local 360 marketing proposals for all launches / focuses.
  • Prepare and cascade launch plans to all SEA markets.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs.

Trade Marketing

  • Full accountability in the development, planning and execution of the Trade marketing strategy in line with Brand guidelines and Go-To-Market strategy.
  • In partnership with retail and education team, create engaging brand experiences to enhance consumer experience across channels (own boutiques, shop-in-shop, digital)
  • Ensure best in class POS execution of assigned brands in close collaboration with the retail team.
  • Identify opportunities for in-store activities to drive sales and provide clear strategy, implementation guidelines and follow through with sales/activity tracking mechanism.
  • Define GWP strategy, to ensure right GWP assortment/mix to be competitive, ensure brand guidelines and image is respected.

Pricing

  • In collaboration with Brand Managers and Regional Marketing team, support pricing exercise through pricing studies, analysis, and recommendation
  • Organize and review annual competitive price surveys.
