We are seeking a Marketing Manager of Digital Strategy (remote) to join our growing team!

POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Manager of Digital Strategy with an exceptional track record of bringing digital marketing solutions and website experiences to life in support of demand generation efforts. Come join the Education Solutions team supporting financial aid solutions and more, for K-12 schools. Our division serves independent and private K-12 schools of all sizes across the US. The right candidate will be a creative and passionate marketer, excited to design and execute engaging, digital campaigns that deliver high-quality leads to the Sales organization through all levels of the marketing funnel; in addition to managing product websites. The Manager of Digital Strategy will work closely with Campaign Managers and Product Marketing while staying aligned with the rest of the marketing team, in addition to managing a PPC specialist or similar role. This role reports to the Director of K-12 Demand Gen.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:

POSITION SUMMARY

  • You will be a key contributor to the full-funnel B2B SaaS marketing organization that spans awareness, engagement, lead generation, purchase, renewal, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Digital Marketing: Partnering with Campaign Managers, Product Marketing and the rest of the Education team you will
  • Manage day-to-day activities of digital media content strategy in the categories of promotion, engagement, and lead acquisition and conversion
  • Support and lead SEO/SEM efforts, to increase conversions,
  • Actively manage and engage a PPC specialist to help achieve digital marketing goals
  • Website Presence: Provide day to day maintenance, content support and general SEO/SEM strategy in support of demand generation initiatives
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HTML and web technologies, including Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, search engine rankings is required.
  • Manage the website through proactive execution to publish general content including but not limited to general info such as FAQ, lead forms, product sheets, blogs and the like.
  • Complete regular and consistent audits of industry presence including but not limited to competitive websites, search engine keywords, ICP profiles and competitor ads
  • Provide general maintenance as needed
  • Reporting: Develop insight and recommendation to continuously improve digital and web effectiveness; provide consistent metrics and reports to support findings and recommendations
  • Oversee the reporting and tracking of data related to digital advertising, website traffic and email communications
  • Assist with planning and execution of outreach events as it pertains to generating awareness, driving traffic, and lead generation through digital means

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of marketing experience and 2 years of people management experience.
  • End-to-end digital campaign creation and execution experience a must.
  • Active website maintenance and management experience is a must.
  • Technology, SaaS, and/or E-commerce experience desired. Proficient with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation tool), Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
